These Terms govern your use of SirClydus Resumes ("we," "us," "our"), an ATS-optimized resume writing service for nurses operated by Clyde Dieto. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Questions? Email [email protected].
We rebuild and optimize nursing resumes — and, depending on the package you choose, related documents such as cover letters and LinkedIn profiles — so they read cleanly for applicant tracking systems and for hiring managers. The specific deliverables, turnaround time, and number of revisions are described on our pricing page.
To do our work we need your current resume, the roles you're targeting, and accurate details about your background. You are responsible for the truthfulness of everything you provide. We write only what is true about you — we do not invent, inflate, or fabricate credentials, licenses, experience, or qualifications, and you agree not to ask us to. You are responsible for reviewing your final documents before you use them.
Each package includes the number of revision rounds and the turnaround time listed on our pricing page. Standard turnaround begins once we have your completed intake form and current resume. We'll work with you within those revision rounds until your documents are right.
If your new resume isn't landing interviews within 60 days, we'll do one full rewrite, free, retargeted to where you're applying. This is our quality guarantee — see Section 5 below regarding outcomes.
We do not and cannot guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers, or any specific result. Hiring depends on many factors outside our control — the job market, the employer, your interviews, and you. Any statistics we reference are general industry information, not promises about your individual results.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged securely through Stripe. Payment is due at the time of purchase, unless we agree otherwise in writing (for example, by invoice).
Because every resume is custom work that begins promptly after purchase, all sales are final once we have started production on your order. If you have purchased but not yet submitted your materials or intake form and you wish to cancel, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. Quality concerns are addressed through your included revision rounds and the 60-Day Rewrite Guarantee rather than refunds.
Once your order is paid and delivered, the final documents we create for you are yours to use however you like. Our underlying templates, methods, and materials remain our property.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost opportunities or wages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of our services means you accept the current Terms.
