SirClydus Resumes ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Clyde Dieto, provides ATS-optimized resume writing services for nurses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email [email protected].
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), your current resume or CV, the job postings you're targeting, and the career details you share through our intake form or by email.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, but we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies to track you across websites.
We do not use your resume or personal details for any purpose other than delivering the service you purchased.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make our service work:
Each provider handles your data under its own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so.
Your files are stored privately and protected with reasonable safeguards. We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver your order and provide support afterward. If you'd like your files deleted after delivery, just email us and we'll remove them.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected]. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to request deletion. We honor these requests for all of our customers, wherever you live.
Our own website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. Our checkout is handled by Stripe, which may set cookies that are necessary for secure payment processing.
Our services are intended for working professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
