AI tools, nurse resumes, and books I've made.

Have a look at what I've put together.

A bit about me

I'm an ER trauma nurse at Loma Linda University Medical Center, a Level I trauma, stroke, and STEMI center, where I also relief-charge and work as an MICN. I've spent time in pediatric and psychiatric nursing too, and I hold an MBA in Healthcare Administration.

I started building because I kept seeing good people slowed down by busywork, nurses buried in charting, strong candidates screened out by resume software. So I made fixes for both: AI workflow guides that cut charting time, and a resume service that helps nurses get past the screening software. I still work the floor, and I build the same tools I use myself.

Off the clock I'm a tinkerer. I follow the markets and run my own trading experiments, I'm into tabletop strategy like D&D and Magic, and I make a dark-history series on YouTube called Nightshift Files. I'm happiest with a problem to solve and something to make.

What I make
✚ Resumes & ATS

Healthcare

Nurse resumes built to get read by hospital screening software, plus a free ATS checklist for nurses.

✚ AI advisory

Innovation

Custom AI tools and automations for small teams, plus plain-English coaching. One I built: a private, on-device call-QA reviewer.

✚ Books

Publishing

Four books for nurses, written from the floor: AI workflow guides for ER, ICU, and Med-Surg, plus a float-nurse guide.

✚ Beyond healthcare

Ventures

Projects beyond healthcare. First up is Nightshift Files, a dark-history series on YouTube and Spotify.
